Warranty Service
During the warranty period, iStar Technology will offer free-of-charge replacement on defects under normal use. However, for products damaged by the customer's negligence or lack of care within the warranty period or upon the termination of the warranty period, iStar Technology will provide an estimate on repair costs, applying iStar Technology's current service rates.
Warranty Period
iStar Technology warrants products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE(1) YEAR from the date of original purchase (See below.)

Items not covered by Warranty
- Defects or damage due to lighting or other electrical discharge.
- Defects or damage due to natural disaster.
- Defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, installation, maintenance, modification, alteration, or adjustment.
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, accident or neglect.
- Unauthorized repair or disassembly of the product.
- Installation, maintenance, or service of the product.
Limited Warranty
This warranty sets forth the full extent of iStar Technology's warranty responsibility. In no event shall iStar Technology be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product, for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits or savings or other incidental, special, or consequential damage arising out of the installation, use or inability to use such Product, to the fullest extent that any such loss or damage may be disclaimed by law of the Hong Kong SAR.
